Knights of Columbus Whereas, it having been made known to the Officers of the Supreme Assembly, Fourth Degree, Knights of Columbus, that there has been a compliance on the part of the Fourth Degree members of Councils: 1970, Cobourg; 6361, Bowmanville; 6490, Port Hope with the requirements of the Laws and Rules governing the Fourth Degree for the establishment of an Assembly of the Fourth Degree, to be located at Cobourg, Ontario and it appearing that the noble principal of the Fourth Degree, Patriotism, will fostered, exemplified, and propagated, by the association of the Fourth Degree members of these Council in an assembly. Therefore, be it known that an Assembly of the Fourth Degree to be known as, Sir Knight James J. Tracey Assembly is duly constituted and authorized to function as such in accordance with the Laws and Rules of the Fourth Degree as these now exist and as they may hereafter be amended. In testimony whereof, we have hereunto affixed our names under the seal of the Supreme Council. Given this Fifteenth day of April, 1989.
